PURPOSE:To make an acute car turning possible without roughening the work surface of land by operating a front wheel gear shifter toward an accelerating side according to an increase is difference between the numbers of revolutions of the right and left rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:Detecting sensors 11a, 11b for the number of revolutions are provided to detect each of the numbers of revolutions of the right and left rear wheels 2, and signals issued from the detecting sensors 11a, 11b are inputted into a control device 23. When a difference between the circumferential speeds VRa, VRb of the right and left rear wheels 2 which are calculated from the detected values of the detecting sensors 11a, 11b is within its set range, the control device 23 judges a car body to be in rectilinear travel, and therefore operates a control valve 24 toward the pressure oil supplying side of the primary hydraulic clutch 18 for its engagement. When above-mentioned difference is over the set range, the control device 23 operates a front wheel gear shifter 10 toward an accelerating side.
