PURPOSE:To reduce defect caused through counter electromotive force considerably, by splitting a plurality of current loads into plural blocks and driving the loads while shifting the drive timing slightly between the blocks. CONSTITUTION:A delay section 12 splits N current loads into M blocks (1<M<=N) and produces timing signals T1-Tm corresponding to respective blocks for driving a plurality of current loads in the blocks simultaneously. A drive signal generating section 13 produces drive signals HP1-HPn for driving the current loads corresponding to N current loads. An operating section 14 drives N current loads based on the timing signals T1-Tm fed from the delay section 12 and the drive signals HP1-HPn fed from the drive signal generating section 13. When N current loads are splitted into M blocks and drive timing AT0-ATn between respective blocks are shifted by micro time and ON/OFF time variation of drive current for current load is suppressed, then various defects caused by counter electromotive force being produced through ON/OFF time current variation can be reduced considerably.
