PURPOSE:To remove a deviation in the target azimuth calculated with respect to the same target caused by a difference in the beam scanning direction, by selecting a correction value for the target azimuth depending on the beam scanning direction to perform the correction thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a scanning is performed with a beam from the left to right, a correction value 15 is selected with a selector 14 and a value equivalent to a -1/2 cell is outputted as target azimuth correction value. A target azimuth 12 yet to be corrected is added to the target azimuth correction value 17 with an adder 18 and outputted to an indicator as corrected target azimuth 10. When a scanning is performed with a beam from the right to left, a correction value 16 is selected with the selector 14 and a value equivalent to a +1/2 cell is outputted as target azimuth correction value. The target azimuth 12 yet to be corrected is added to the target azimuth correction 17 with the adder 18 and outputted to an indicator 11 as corrected target azimuth 10.
