PURPOSE:To shorten a recovery period by separating a coolant circulation system into a plurality of independent circuits, and circulating coolants having different characteristics in respective circulation systems, thereby enabling a repair plan to be easily made. CONSTITUTION:In a main body tank 1, a duct for high-voltage coil 9A and a duct for low-voltage coil 9B are provided as cooling ducts for winding 9, and also a plurality of cooling panels for iron core 10 are provided. Conduits 13 for feeding a coolant to those, condensers 11 and pumps 12 are separated into circuits thereby separately constructing each coolant circulation system, and coolants having different characteristics are sealed into the independent circulation systems. When the cooling system causes a leakage in the main body tank, a leaked coolant 16 is accumulated in a liquid reservoir 17 in the bottom of the tank and collected from a liquid collecting valve 18, and the collected liquid is analyzed to determine which circulation system is causing the leakage. If the amount of the leakage is not negligible, reparing is required, but the circulation system causing the leakage is already known, so the repir method and the equipment parts supply plan can easily be made. With this, the repair period can be shortened.
