PURPOSE:To dissolve problems about quality, workability and cost by a method wherein at the terminal attaching sections of a coil bobbin made of a thermoplastic material, a terminal block of a thermosetting material having its terminal insert-molded is insert-molded. CONSTITUTION:A coil 15 is wound around a coil bobbin 14 made of a thermoplastic resin, which has flanges 12 at both ends thereof, terminal attaching sections 11 on one of the flanges 12, and a plurality of tap grooves 13 provided adjacently to the terminal attaching sections 11. A tap wire 16 of the coil 15 is taken out from a tap groove 13 and wound around and soldered to a terminal 9 provided in a molded piece 10 of a thermosetting material, which was insert- molded in the terminal attaching sections 11. A magnetic core 17 is built in this coil bobbin 14. With this, deformation dur to a heat, wire breaking and terminal bending are precluded, the management of the liquid level, temperature and solder time can be simplified, and simultaneously, the production of a thin- wall shape is enabled, whereby the management of packing and conveyance is simplified.
