PURPOSE:To make a device operate at a low temperature area with a simple constitution by performing temperature compensation using a bias coil, by using a temperature-compensated power source voltage for a rotary magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The temperature-compensated power source voltage V for the rotary magnetic field or the voltage following the said voltage and a prescribed reference voltage Vref are supplied to a voltage comparison circuit OP. Then, a switching means Q is controlled by the output signal of the voltage comparator OP and the temperature compensation by the bias coil BIC realized by supplying the power source voltage V for the rotary magnetic field from the prescribed low temperature area to the bias coil BIC. Thus, an operation margin can be expanded down to the low temperature are with the simple constitution.
