PURPOSE:To prevent the rapture of a pressure, water leakage trouble or the like of a hot-water reserving unit, improve the handling convenience of the hot-water supplier and reduce the cost of the same, by providing a pressure releasing valve unit in parallel to a shower head provided at the tip end of a cock. CONSTITUTION:In a hot-water supplier provided with a shower head 21 at the tip end of a cock 12, the shower head 21 is provided with a pressure relasing valve 17. According to this constitution, a hydraulic pressure may be released safely even when clogging or freezing is generated in the shower head 21, whereby the rapture of pressure, water leakage trouble or the like in a hot-water reserving unit may be prevented. On the other hand, the pressure releasing valve 17 is provided at the tip end of the cock 12; therefore, water discharging facility or the processing of a pipeline, which necessitated when another pressure releasing valve 17 is provided, is not necessitated and the cost of the title supplier may be reduced. Accordingly, the hot-water supplier equipped with a shower, which is convenient in the handling thereof, may be obtained.
