PURPOSE:To improve drainage after stopping the supply of hot-water, eliminate after dripping and improve the durability as well as the reliability of a first valve device, by equipping the title device with a detecting and transferring means, closing or opening a second valve device in conjunction with the opening or closing of the first valve device. CONSTITUTION:When water is supplied by opening a water supplying and stopping valve 3 upon supplying hot-water, an opening and closing detecting device 5 detects the opening of the valve 3 and a controller 7 opens an air suction valve 6 by the driving unit 16 of the controller 7. When the supply of water is stopped by closing the valve 3 after supplying hot-water, the opening and closing detecting device 5 detects the closing of the valve 3 and the controller 7 opens the air suction valve 6 by the driving unit 16. Then, air is sucked into a hot-water supplying pipeline 8 and hot-water in a hot-water reserving tank 1 is isolated from hot-water, stagnated in the hot-water supplying pipeline 8, whereby the hot-water in the same pipeline 8 is discharged in one time. Accordingly, the delivery of hot-water from a cock 9 may be stopped immediately upon closing the valve 3 and the after dripping of the hot-water is eliminated, whereby the handling convenience of the title hot-water supplier may be improved. On the other hand, the misunderstanding of a trouble due to the after dripping is eliminated and the valve 3 is not closed too much tight therefore, the durability as well as the reliability of the valve 3 may be improved.
