PURPOSE:To lengthen a distance up to a point of application of force from a fixed end, and to ensure gripping by mounting a hold-down arm gripping a package into a carrier frame, using a shaft in the direction vertical to the upper surface of the carrier frame as the fixed end and forming the hold-down arm in a flexible arm being deformed in the direction along the upper surface of the carrier frame and having a bent section on its midway. CONSTITUTION:A carrier frame 1, on the inside of which a package housing section 4 holding a package 12 is shaped, and a flexible hold-down arm 6 using a shaft in the direction vertical to the upper surface of the carrier frame 1 as a fixed end 11 and being deformed in the direction along the upper surface of the carrier frame 1 are provided. The fixed end 11 for the hold-down arm is positioned into the region of the carrier frame 1, the hold-down arm 6 has a bent section on its midway, and the nose of the hold-down arm 6 has a pawl 8 holding down and gripping the package 12 housed in the package housing section 4 from a side surface and an upper section. Accordingly, arm length is lengthened, a distance up to the point of application of force from the fixed end is increased, unnatural force is not applied to the hold-down arm, and gripping can be ensured.
