PURPOSE:To change the fitting side of a hand set according to a convenience to use by fitting the hand set on either left and right sides of an instrumental device by a holder, as keeping a directivity. CONSTITUTION:An instrumental device body 1 is constituted by engaging together an upper cover body 1a and a lower cover body 1b. The engaged part of two cover bodies has a bilaterally symmetry shaped clearance. The holder 3 is provided with a protruding part 3a so as to fit into the clearance, and when it fits in it perfectly, it is supported by a rib 1c so that the holder 3 is not disengaged easily. The holder 3 is provided with the protruding parts 3b, 3c on which the hand set 2 is fixed, symmetrically against an axis, passing through the protruding part 3a. The hand set 2 and the holder 3 are made so that one of the protruding parts 3b or 3c is hooked by the upper hollow part of the cover body of the hand set 2.
