PURPOSE:To exchange a deteriorated dye solution without stopping laser oscillation by delaying and operating a circulating supply means changed over when a changeover means for first and second circulating supply means is provided and the circulating supply means are changed over by a deterioration signal detecting the deterioration of a dye solution. CONSTITUTION:Two control signals C1, C2 are output from a control section 16. When a second supply means is brought to the state of stoppage and a first supply means to the state of operation, a first solenoid changeover valve 10 is worked instantaneously by a control signal C1 when a deterioration signal D is output from a detector 15, the supply of a dye solution 1a from a first storage section 2a is stopped, and a dye solution 1b from a second storage section 2b is fed to a dye cell 5. The control signal C2 is output delayed from the output of the control signal C1 and a second solenoid changeover valve 12 is operated, the dye solution 16 is circulated by the second supply means, and a piping system up to the second solenoid changeover valve 12 from the first solenoid changeover valve 10 is washed and filled with the dye solution 1b not used. Accordingly, the dye solutions can be changed over without stopping laser oscillation. |
