CONSTITUTION:When a maintenance operator operates keys based on a prescribed order, a control chip 12 applies a high-level signal S to a transistor Tr to turn it on. Thus a relay 13 is energized and a contact RC is turned on. When the operator opens the case, a switch SW1 is turned off but the power of a battery Ba is supplied to a RAM14 via the RC. Thus the memory is held. Then the operator turns on an SW2 and turned off but the power of a battery Ba is supplied to a RAM14 via the RC. Thus the memory is held. Then the operator turns on an SW2 and the power is supplied to the RAM14 even though a power supply is interrupted. When the case is opened with a different key operation, the chip 12 outputs a low-level signal. Thus the relay 13 is de- energized and the SW1 is turned off. Then the power supplied to the RAM14 is extinguished and the memory is broken. As a result, the robbery of the data having high secrecy is prevented.
