发明名称 ROTATION SYNCHRONIZING AND COMPENSATING DEVICE FOR MAGNETIC BEARING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent vibration from being transmitted toward a frame through a magnetic bearing, by enabling only data of the reference position of a rotary body to be obtained, and by removing deflecting components synchronized with the rotational speed, from the remainder by use of an electric circuit. CONSTITUTION:A rotation synchronizing and compensating device is composed a synchronizing two phase oscillator comprising of AGC amplifiers 11, 12 for amplifying x- and y-axial signals indicating x- and y-axial deflection components of a rotary shaft which is rotated by means of a magnetic bearing, up to a predetermined value, a synchronizing oscillator 6, subtractors 91-96, a phase controller 3, a limiter 4 and an A/D converter 5; multipliers 21-25, full wave rectifiers 71-75, subtractors 91-96 and integrators 81-83. With this arrangement, two phase output signals synchronized with the rotational speed and the x- and y-axial signals are obtained from the synchronizing oscillator and may be coincident in their amplitudes with each other, thereby synchronized components are subtracted and removed from the x- and y-axial signals.
