PURPOSE:To protect end portion from exposing to the outside by fastening the end portion around the rear side window of a rear fender outer to the body side in the molding around the rear side window. CONSTITUTION:A pillar inner 3 and a fender inner 5 are welded at the rear body side. A rear fender outer 1 is fastened through a bolt 13 and a weld nut 15 to the fender inner 5 at the body side in the molding 11 at the lower edge portion of the rear side window. Outer end portion 11b of the molding 11 contacts with the outer face of the rear fender outer 1, and the lip 11c of the molding 11 contacts with the outer face of the rear fender inner 5 in the window shield panel 19.
