ADHESIVE FOR METALLIC FOIL OF LAMINATE

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adhesive having high heat resistance of solder and storage stability, by blending polyvinyl butyral resin with resol phenolic resin, cresol novolak type and bisphenol A type epoxy resins to give a resin component and dissolving the resin component in a solvent. CONSTITUTION:(A) Polyvinyl butyral resin is blended with (B) resol phenolic resin and (C) cresol novolak type and/or bisphenol A type epoxy resin to give a resin component, which is dissolved in a solvent to give an adhesive. The blending ratio is 30-60pts.wt. component A, 10-60pts.wt. component B and 5-30pts.wt. component C and the solid content concentration of the adhesive is preferably 20wt.%.
