PURPOSE:To shorten the molding cycle and to produce the title molding improved in cushioning property, by the reaction injection molding of a reactive composition comprising a specified mixed polyol, a polyisocyanate, a catalyst and a blowing agent. CONSTITUTION:A process for producing a rigid urethane foam molding having a desired shape by pouring a reactive composition comprising a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a catalyst and a blowing agent into a mold and reacting the mixture, wherein a mixed polyol mainly consisting of an aromatic amine polyol and a sucrose polyol and containing 2-50pts.wt., per 100pts.wt. main component, long-chain trifunctional polyether polyol of an MW of 3,000-6,000 is used as said polyol. By the addition of said trifunctional polyether polyol, the molding can take a structure in which cells are partially open to each other from its inside, and the blowing gas is partially released during molding to reduce the heat buildup in the inside, so that the molding cycle can be shortened and the productivity is increased.
