PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain the title device having high reliability by providing a value block between a pressure source and a piston cylinder for lifting a filter cloth, and furnishing a valve disk to be opened and closed by the pressurized fluid in the communicating passage. CONSTITUTION:When a preceding filter cloth is separated to a specified length, a spring 61 is expanded along with the separation, hence the rear of a main lever 30A is pulled, the main lever 30A is rotated with its pin as the center so that the tip is brought down to the valve block side, and a main plunger is pressed by the stem of the lever 30A. As a result, the ball 14d of a ball valve 14 is moved, and the communicating passages 13B and 13A are opened to each other. Consequently, since oil returns to an oil tank 100 from a port on the ascending side, the mobile pulley 5 of a piston cylinder 3A is moved, the tension acting on a wire 7 is released, and filter cloth 2 is lowered by the winding force of a take-up roll below the filter cloth 2.
