PURPOSE:To effectively utilize plural graphics and pictures by storing a basic figure which is a white figure, etc., and an attribute entry map formed by entering attributes of buildings into a map corresponding to the basic figure, and outputting speedily part of the attribute entry map corresponding to a desired part in the basic figure. CONSTITUTION:A controller 11 stores a frame memory 15 with drawing data on the basic figure inputted from an input device 12 after vector conversion, symbol recognition, and coordinate transformation. Further, the controller 11 recognizes the four corners of the subject figure where attributes of houses are entered, transforms their coordinates, and files them in a storage device 13. Consequently, each of buildings in a large-scale basic figure can be numbered and attribute information on the subject figure can be added to the numbers. Further, the basic figure whose areas are numbered and the subject figure wherein attributes are entered are displayed on a display device 16 or copied on an output means 17 while their scales and positions are made to correspond to each other, thereby utilizing the attribute information entered into the subject figure effectively.
