CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove pattern 5 is transferred on a blank stock 1 with compression by the relative movement of an upper punch 2 and lower punch 4 by holding the blank stock 1 on a die 3 and coating a lubricant 7 thereon. At this time, the depth of the spiral groove 5 at the punch 2 side is taken 1-1.5 times the depth necessary for the plate type spiral groove 6. Also, the lubricant mixing wear resistant particles is used for coining. The use of the lubricant mixing silicone particles has better results.
