PURPOSE:To control the start and stop accurately and stably by combining each output signal outputted from each output port of a timing section in a prescribed delay timing so as to generate plural drive signals corresponding to the start/stop timing of each circuit. CONSTITUTION:In supplying an electric signal or a switching signal or the like at the setting of a microphone to a timing section 10 as a control signal, the control signal is transferred sequentially to plural storage elements based on a clock pulse of an oscillator 13. Moreover, a signal generating section 11 combines output signals outputted from each output port 15 of the storage elements based on the supplying timing of the control signal to generate a drive signal having leading/trailing in response to the start/stop timing of each circuit from the input to the output side. Thus, an individual timing is given to each circuit so as to control a series of start/stop of the equipment accurately and stably.
