PURPOSE:To set a transmission power value with high accuracy by a scale of a small circuit by selecting any FSK signal among plural FSK signals having a different phase in response to a transmission loss of the FSK signal and sending the signal while synthesizing it with an FSK signal to be sent. CONSTITUTION:The plural FSK signals S1-S4 having a different phase are formed by shifting the phase of the FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) signal S0 and either of the plural FSK signals S1-S4 is selected in response to the transmission loss. Then the selected FSK signal and the FSK signal S0 to be sent are synthesized and the synthesized output signal is sent. Thus, the transmission power is set with high accuracy by a small circuit scale.
