PURPOSE:To realize response in sequence of incoming at every extension terminal in spite of an extension group, by providing a terminal incoming queue and a terminal controller which controls the terminal incoming queue at every extension terminal. CONSTITUTION:When the incoming arrives at an extension number 2002, a central controller 11 informs on the incoming into the extension number 2002 to the terminal controller 13. The terminal controller 13 writes the order of the incoming on an incoming queue 14, and also, informs the incoming into the extension number 2002 by controlling a multifunctional telephone set 15. Similarly, the incoming into extension numbers 2000 and 2003 are stored in the incoming queue 14 with the order of the incoming. When the response of the multifunctional telephone set 15 is detected by the terminal controller 13, the terminal controller 13, after detecting the response, inspects the incoming queue 14, and judges it as the response to the extension number 2002, and informs on the response into the 2002 to the central control unit 11. When receiving the information of a response processing from the central control 11, the terminal controller 13 rewrites the order of the incoming into the incoming queue 14.
