PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce and sell bean curds at a desired position by providing a boiler and a boiling furnace in the forward section of the cargo compartment in the rear of a truck, a water tank for extracting bean curds from molding boxes and for storing the same in the center section thereof, and a selling compartment in the rear section thereof. CONSTITUTION:A parallelepipe shape cargo compartment 3 made of metal panels is arranged in a truck 1 in rear of a cabin 2. A kerosene boiler 4 for producing steam for boiling soy beans, a bean milling machine 6 provided with a hopper, for grinding the soy bean material having been softened dipped in water while water is added, a seed box 7 for storing therein the thickened soy bean abrasive powder and a boiling furnace 8 for boiling the powder with the use of steam are arranged in the forward section of the cargo compartment 3. A hydraulic squeezer 9 for squeezing the bulk thereof to produce soy bean milk is arranged in rear of the boiling furnace 8, and thus obtained soy bean milk is filled in a trough 10, and after it is added with a coagulating agent so as to be coagulated, is charged into molding boxes while being dipped in water tanks 20, 21. Further, a selling compartment 27 which is partitioned by a curtain 26 in the rearward section of the cargo compartment 3.
