PURPOSE:To provide a moistureproof insulating paint for mounted circuit boards, which is excellent in flexibility, etc. even after deterioration at high temp., by mixing a specific polymer with a vegetable oil having hydroxyl groups or a surfactant, a thixotropic agent and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. urethane-modified polybutadiene is reacted with 20-100pts.wt. hydrogenated hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene and 20-100pts. wt. fluorocopolymer having hydroxyl groups to produce a polymer. 20-60pts.wt. said polymer is mixed with 0.01-1pt.wt. vegetable oil having hydroxyl groups or surfactant (e.g., polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate), 0.1-10pts.wt. thixotropic agent (e.g., silicon oxide powder) and 40-80pts.wt. solvent in such an amount that the total amount is 100pts.wt., thus obtaining the desired moistureproof insulating paint. The paint can form a thick-wall moistureproof insulating coating film by one coating.
