PURPOSE:To enable extreme shortening of preparation operation time and reduction of labor, by completely automatizing preparation of medium and divided feed of the medium to test tubes. CONSTITUTION:Each designated amount of solutions in plural bottles 3 for stock solutions is fed by solution supply pumps 5 and 5A to an intermediate stock solution tank 45 positioned by an intermittent driving gear 49, maintained at a temperature to melt agar by warm water in a heat insulating tank 42 and uniformly stirred by a stirrer 25. Further the solution is transferred right under an agar powder supply part E, a designated amount of agar powder is fed to the solution and the agar powder is melted. Further the solution is transferred to right under a supporting part member 21 again and stirred to give a uniform medium solution. Designated amounts of the medium solution are dividedly supplied to specified test tubes 82 by a feed pipe 75 of an automatic transporting machine, preparation and divided feed of the culture solution are all carried out automatically in accordance with an order. The culture solution residue or the attached culture solution is automatically washed by a solution feed pipe 22 to supply washing water and a water tank 41 of a washing part C. Consequently, preparation operation time is extremely shortened and labor can be reduced.
