PURPOSE:To prevent axial power from substantially rising and to less decrease deterioration of the aerodynamic characteristic, by connecting a fluid quantity limiting valve, which comprises a valve unit moving by suction fluid and a valve seat receiving this valve unit, to the side of a suction port. CONSTITUTION:A fluid-sealed gas pump 4 fixes an impeller to one end of a rotary shaft of a driving electric motor injecting fluid for sealing into a casing further providing suction and delivery ports in the casing. The gas pump 4 connects a suction side pipe 10 to the suction port and a flow limiting valve 20 to this pipe 10. A valve unit 1 moves by suction fluid. A valve seat 3 is arranged in an upper part of the valve unit 1. In this way, the gas pump 4 enables a large amount of fluid to be prevented from its inflow further worsening of the aerodynamic characteristic to be less decreased by the action of the flow quantity limiting valve 20.
