PURPOSE:To capture paint mists completely and make cleaning and checking easily by providing a first capturing device which captures mists through a wind board and an overflowing water screen and a second capturing device of V-structure with a narrowed flow channel. CONSTITUTION:Paint mists generated by paint spraying operation stick to a water screen flowing along a water current plate 3 from an overflow tank 4 by an air current 10 in an arrow direction formed through a wind board 2, and are absorbed being captured by a lower water tank 5. Most of the mists generated by a first capturing device B are captured. However, the remaining mists are conducted to a second capturing device C at the rear of the water current plate 3 by suction of an exhaust fan. The mists ascend through a block with an opening of wide diameter at low speed and further soar up in a narrow flow channel D' at an increased speed. In this process, the remaining mists are forcibly captured by water screen originating from an upper and a lower nozzle 6, 7.
