PURPOSE:To enable executing of stable cooling without the occurrence of liquid back during cooling operation during a middle season and winter season, by providing a switching thermostat which switches an outdoor blower into a plurality of speed regulations by means of an open air temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:Cooling and heating are effected by means of an outdoor machine 22, a right indoor machine 25, and a left indoor machine 26, which are situated in a pericounter 21. The open air flows in an air flow passage through an outdoor suction port 18, and is exhausted from an outdoor exhaust port 19 to the outside through an outdoor heat exchanger 28 by means of a suction duct 30. In this case, an open air temperature sensor 33 situated in a suction port 32 perceives a suction air temperature to switch a switching thermostat 45. When an outer air temperature is low, an outdoor blower 29 is run at a low notch to reduce an airflow so that the condensation pressure on the outdoor heat exchanger 28 is brought into a state approximately similar to a proper pressure line W. When the open air temperature is high, the outdoor blower is run at a high notch to bring the condensation pressure into a state approximately similar to the proper pressure line W. This constitution prevents the occurrence of liquid back-flow phenomenon, to the compressor and also provides a stable freezing cycle during the winter season.
