PURPOSE:To prevent a flicker phenomenon by removing a high frequency signal component by a comb line filter, multiplexing a reproduced carrier chrominance signal on a reproduced luminance signal to output a color carrier signal. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a reproduction, A reproduced low frequency transformed carrier chrominance signal separated and filtered in an LPF 20 is frequency transformed to an original band in a frequency transformer 21 to have the reproduced carrier chrominance signal and at the same time, a time base fluctuation part is corrected by an APC processing circuit 24, an unnecessary component is removed in the BPF 22 in this reproduced chrominance signal and it is supplied to the comb line filter 29. A high luminance component is removed, supplied to an adder 19, superimposed, multiplexed to made a reproduced composite signal and it is outputted an output terminal 23.
