PURPOSE:To regulate a rolling speed according to working condition, by providing a flow control valve in a hydraulic passage of a rolling device. CONSTITUTION:The slope of a working device is detected by a slope sensor. A rolling valve 45 is operated on the basis of the results to operate a hydraulic device 3 and carry out rolling control. A flow control valve 4 is provided in a hydraulic circuit 46 from a hydraulic pump 20 to the rolling valve 45 to keep a low-speed rolling state in the case of well-drained paddy field and a high-speed rolling state in the case of ill-drained paddy field. As a result, the working device will not rush into soil by delayed or preceding rolling.
