PURPOSE:To easily respond to the change of a call charge, by performing the collection of plural coins or charging equivalent to the same per one charging pulse transmitted from a central telephone exchange, etc. CONSTITUTION:The charging pulse inputted to a terminal 1 is held at an FF3, and the signal is inputted to an enable terminal, then, a pulse generator 4 starts oscillation, and outputs a pulse to a terminal 2. The pulse is counted by a counter 5 preset at a preset value setting part 6, and a reset signal is outputted to the FF3 and the counter itself when a count value arrives at a preset value (n), and the oscillation of the generator 4 stops. Therefore, (n) pulses equivalent to the preset value (n) are outputted to the terminal 2 for one charging pulse inputted to the terminal 1 as an actual coin collection signal. At the time of the oscillation, a value designated by the preset value is inputted to a terminal 12, and the oscillation of an oscillation circuit 11 is enabled when a corresponding residence detector Dn selected by a selector 10 detects residence coins at that position.
