PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for removing a burr caused substantially at the time of forming resin by arranging a resin forming gate of a metallic die for the titled case while being formed projectingly to a position corresponding to a cut-notch at an oblique side, and forming a resin runner formed while the resin being injected from the gate to be a recessed shape corresponding to the gate. CONSTITUTION:A resin forming gate 4 formed to an upper die 2a of a metallic die 2 is a projecting gate and arranged to a position 6 corresponding to a cut- notch of an oblique side 24 of an ultrasonic wave solid-state delay line DL. A part 5a of a resin runner 5 injected from the gate 4 is formed to be recessed corresponding to the shape of the projecting gate 4. In such a manufacturing method, the burr still exists in the recessed part 5b, but it is not projected from the recessed part 5b, then no hindrance is given in the practical use. Thus, it is not required to remove the burr manually or by using a machine and the man-hour for the check is not needed.
