PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit a large quantity of plant information by successively selecting prescribed-word components of specific state generating signal from plural specific state generating signals by a signal selecting means and assigning transmission data consisting of specific state generating signals and plural important state signals to specific words and successively sending them to a transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A signal selecting means 1 which successively selects prescribed-word components of specific state generating signal from plural specific state generating signals and a transmitting means 12 which assigns transmission data consisting of the selected specific state generating signal and plural important state signals to specific words and successively transmits them to the transmission line are provided. That is, the signal selecting means 1 successively selects prescribed-word components of specific state generating signal from plural specific state generating signals, and the transmitting means 12 assigns transmission data consisting of the selected specific state generating signal and plural important state signals to specific words and successively transmits them to the transmission line. Thus, plural state signals which must be always monitored are efficiently transmitted in a short transmission update time even if the quantity of transmission information transmitted to the transmission/ reception equipment of a master station is considerably reduced.
