PURPOSE:To obtain the titled blades, capable of cutting in tea branches positioned between base ends of blade parts in contact therewith in reciprocating the upper and lower blades with oblique blades before cutting the branches with straight blades without setting the tea branches between the base ends of the blade parts. CONSTITUTION:Straight blades (5a) and (6a) are formed at the outer edges and tips of blade parts 5 and 6 of both the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 and oblique blades (5b) and (6b) are formed on both sides of the respective blade arts 5 and 6. The upper blade 1 and lower blade 2 are reciprocated in the longitudinal direction (A). When the blade parts 5 and 6 approach, tea branches (T) positioned between the base ends are nipped by the oblique blades (5b) and (6b) to carry out cutting in. The cut in tea branches (T) are then completely cut by the straight blades (5a) and (6a).
