PURPOSE:To speed up a file output processing without giving effect on the existing application programs by accumulating lots of records to plural record storage areas and outputting them in the lump. CONSTITUTION:In outputting a data from a file in the sequential processing, plural records are accumulated as the software interface of the application program to a system input/output control processing function section 17 and they are outputted in the lump in the unit not of blocks but of records and means 12, 16 processing I/O instruction are provided. Thus, the file output processing is quickened without giving effect on the application program itself.
