PURPOSE:To improve resistance to impact and corrosion by forming a protective carbon film and lubricating agent layer contg. an amine compd. successively on the surface of a ferromagnetic metallic film. CONSTITUTION:For example, an Ni-P plated aluminum substrate is used for a nonmagnetic base 1 and the ferromagnetic metallic film 2 is formed on the base 1. For example, an underlying Bi film and Co-Ni film are successively formed by a sputtering method to form the film 2. The protective carbon film 3 is then formed thereon by a sputtering method. The lubricating agent layer 4 contg. the amine compd., for example, CH3(CH2)17NH2 is deposited and formed on the film 3 by a coating method. The resistance to impact and corrosion is thereby improved. |
