PURPOSE:To perform comparative measurement between plural routes in real time by a simple device by making signals of frequencies f1-fn for evaluation which are generated in order into burst signals while making a time deviation at each specific period. CONSTITUTION:The signals of frequencies f1-fn for evaluation which are sent out by a signal generator 1 in synchronism with an output frequency to a tracking circuit 21 are made by a gate circuit 17 into burst signals, which are sent out to a reference route 2 and a body 3 to be measured. Those outputs are put together by a composing deice 18, whose output is passed through a variable attenuator 19 and converted by a frequency converting circuit 4 to an intermediate frequency with the output of the circuit 21. This output is passed through an amplifier 12 and made into a burst signal again and the burst signal is divided into a reference signal and a measurement signal;and then intermediate frequency filters 5a and 5b remove the frequency components of the burst signal. Then a data processing part 8 receives the outputs of level detectors 6a and 6b and a phase detector 7 to calculate the gain or loss of the object body 3.
