PURPOSE:To enable improvement of handling properties with time of a cap for ventilation, by providing a projected part, nipping a part of the thick section of the cap for ventilation on a distribution cap. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 10, nipping a part of the thick section of a cap 6 for ventilation in association with the outer peripheral surface of a pipe 4 for ventilation, is formed in the vicinity of the pipe 4 for ventilation in a distribution cap 1. Both ends 10a of the projected part are engaged with a part of the outer peripheral surface of the cap 6 for ventilation so that resilient expansion due to press-in of the cap 6 for ventilation is prevented from occurring. This engagement forces the cap 6 for ventilation pressed in the pipe 4 for ventilation to be nipped between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 4 for ventilation and the projected part 10 to hold it. Even if the cap 6 for ventilation is about to be expanded due to press-in, a fastening force from the both ends 10a of the projected part is exerted. The geometrical action enables sharp improvement of a holding force by the cap 6 for ventilation on the pipe 4 for ventilation.
