PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in writing and reading an information by providing the guide plate in circular arcuate shape and the guide rail in gutter shape locking both sides of a magnetic card by locating at the upper and lower parts of a rotating magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:The guide plates 25, 26 in circular arcuated shape locking both sides of a magnetic card by locating at the upper and lower parts of a rotating magnetic head 24 are provided and at the respective both ends of these guide plates the guide rails 14, 16 in a gutter shape by locating so as to become of a tangent in the circumferential direction of a rotating magnetic head are respectively provided. No chattering is thus caused during the transfer and due to being correctly bent in the shape along the circumferential shape of a rotating magnetic head the content position of the magnetic head and magnetic stripe becomes correct and the reading and writing of informations can be done correctly.
