PURPOSE:To uniformly emit light from the whole of an indicator by forming a paint film in a uniformly, strongly and closely bonded state, by arranging a sheet coated with fluorescent or reflective paint along the surface of an indicator part and bonding the same to the indicator part at high temp. under pressure to form a paint film. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped flange part 2 is formed to the leading end of a cylindrical needle shaft 1 and a prism 3 is provided to the peripheral edge of the flange part 2 and a light pervious indicator 7 having an indicator part 4 provided thereto in a protruding state is integrally molded by an injection molding machine so as to be unified with the lateral part of the prism 3. A sheet 10 prepared by applying fluorescent paint 12 to the single surface of a plastic film 11 is superposed on the back surface of the indicator part 4 so that the fluorescent pint 12 is turned downwardly. Next, the heating part 13 provided above a support table 9 is allowed to fall to thermally press the sheet 10 from above and the fluorescent pint 12 applied to the single surface of the plastic film 11 is strongly and thermally fused to the back surface of the indicator part 4 to form a fluorescent paint film 6.
