PURPOSE:To manufacture a fire resistant sheet with flexibility and toughness by combining a narrow belt-shaped sheet material, a wire or fiber-like amorphous alloy or a material having a similar performance as amorphous alloy. CONSTITUTION:A grating-shaped component, constituted of narrow belt-shaped sheets 1 formed with amorphous alloy knitted in grating-shape with small spaces, is formed and solidified integrally with plastic 3 with transparent properties to form a membrane material 4. Then, said grating components are laminated on both surfaces of the plastic material 3. The quality of grating component can be adjusted by knitting roughly or densely in accordance with the required strength and transmission. In case of a cylindrical structure 6, long, belt-shaped amorphous alloy sheets 7 can be wound around a plastic layer 8. As the amorphous alloy is utilized, good shielding properties for the electromagnetic waves can be provided.
