PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of input information by deciding the validity of input information by means of statistic processing prior to data processing. CONSTITUTION:A sensor part 1 detects and inputs external information and a data statistic processing part 21 in a main system 2 decides the validity of the input information by means of statistic processing based on the past history of the input information. When sensor information is valid as the result of the decision, the input information is inputted to a normal processing part 22 to execute normal processing. Consequently, the reliability of input information can be improved.
