PURPOSE:To omit a reader by displaying plain information on a desired size as well as the plain information that set the plain information on the size designated by a memory means at a designated angle in case a display angle is designated for the plain information. CONSTITUTION:1st and 2nd designating means 14 and 13 display the plain information on the desired sizes and also set the plain information on the size designated by a memory means 21 via a control means 12 at a designated angle to display this set plain information on a CRT display device 26 in case the display angle of the plain information is designated. Thus it is possible to display the plain information in a desired size and at a desired angle with the simple operations without using any reader.
