PURPOSE:To adjust the height of the head fitted to a motor easily with good accuracy by inserting the spacer having different thickness fitted freely rotatably between a base and driving motor, and adjusting the height of the driving motor. CONSTITUTION:An interval adjusting member 60 is formed in about a cross shape at its whole body, having four spacers 62a-62d having different height from the base of a disk device 10 respectively. The fitting hole 70 for locking to the base 38 of the disk device by using a bolt 68 is formed at the center of this interval adjusting member 60, and this fitting hole 70 can compensate the fitting error of a linear pulse motor, disk device and the interval adjusting member 60 as well by forming it in the oblong hole extending in the longitudinal direction of a spacer main body. In the case of fitting the linear pulse motor 12 to the disk device, the height of a driving motor can easily be adjusted by inserting the spacers 62a-62d in order between the base and linear pulse motor 12 at the respective position provided of the interval adjusting member 60.
