PURPOSE:To avoid bad influences by accidents in using electroshock wires or trees and plants, by providing electric wave generation wires on the outer periphery of a ranch and mounting a receiver having alarm function on a livestock body. CONSTITUTION:Electric wave transmitting wires 2, (2a), (2b) and (2c) are provided around the outer periphery of a ranch 1 and electric wave transmitters 3, (3a), (3b) and (3c) are provided on the four corners thereof and connected to the electric wave transmitting wires. Cattle 4 bred so as to cause conditioned reflex to an alarm are pastured in the interior of the ranch 1. A receiver 5 having alarm function is mounted on the cattle 4.
