PURPOSE:To obtain a desired characteristic by providing a 2nd coil and a capacitor to a 2nd two-terminal circuit comprising resistors so as to compensate the coil loss of a 1st two-terminal circuit. CONSTITUTION:A coil 21 having a series loss resistance 23 and a capacitor 22 are connected in series between the emitter of a 2nd transistor (TR) 12 and the base of a 3rd TR 16 and a coil 41 having a resistance 43 equivalent to the series loss, the coil 41, a resistor 40 and a capacitor 42 are connected in series and the base of the TR 16 is connected to ground via a resistor 7. That is, the 2nd coil 41 and the capacitor 42 are provided to the 2nd two- terminal circuit to compensate the loss of the coil 21 of a 1st two-terminal circuit. Thus, the coil loss is compensated in this way to obtain a desired characteristic.
