PURPOSE:To grasp an initial stopping position which comes to be the reference of the adjustment of a speed reducing starting position without executing the stopping judging by replacing the initial stopping position to a moving quantity up to a reference position and making the moving quantity up to the reference position into the foundation quantity of the adjustment of the speed reducing starting position. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a position detecting means 2 to detect that a moving body 1 arrives at a reference position SP set beforehand between a base point position HP and a folding position TP at the time of the forward moving of the moving body 1, and a measuring means 3 to measure a moving quantity L until detection is executed by the position detecting means 2, as the foundation quantity of the adjustment of the speed reducing starting position after the moving body 1 starts to move from an initial stopping position IP. When the measured value is larger than the case on the basis of the speed reducing starting position based on the measured value when the initial stopping position IP, for example, is coincident to the base point position HP, the speed reducing starting position is adjusted so as to approach go away from the base point position HP, and when it is smaller, the speed reducing position is adjusted so as to approach the base point position HP. Thus, the stopping position of the moving body 1 is always corrected so as to approach the base point position HP.
