The objective shears can be produced by connecting each shear of both shears 1, 2 with a spring 3, etc. Preferably, the spring 3, etc., is connected with a piece 5, etc., and both shears 1, 2 are made to be separable by disengaging the piece 5, etc., from a screw 4.
