PURPOSE:To absorb the vibrations of a magnetic shielding plate with high reliability by a method wherein a frame-shaped mounting seat is installed onto the inwall of the side plate of a tank, a sheet metal is fixed to the mounting seat to constitute an airtight space, the magnetic shielding plate is supported to the frame-shaped mounting seat and the sheet metal is deformed in response to the displacement of the magnetic shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:When vibrations are generated in a core 5 for an electrical equipment body 4, the vibrations are transmitted over the magnetic shielding plate 9 through insulating oil 7. The magnetic shielding plate 9 is vibrated and displaced by the transmission of the vibrations, but the displacement only deforms a sheet metal 13 in the presence of an airtight space A. Accordingly, the greater part of vibrations are absorbed into the airtight space A, and are not transmitted over a tank 1, and there is no possibility in which a gas leaks into the insulating oil 7, and the magnetic shielding plate 9 can easily by mounted.
