A chair-type health exercises for the whole body consists of a seat (1) with a support (8), two pedals (7) for the leg exercieses, two handle bars (2) for the arm exercises, a back part (5) of the chair supported by a frame assembly (12) interconnected to the seat support (8), and a base frame (20). A wheel (13) integrally assembled to the frame assembly can be rotated with exercises by the depression of the pedal. A shaft (6) having two bevel gears of both ends may be rotated by opening and closing the handle bars, and then the back part (5) integrally mounted on the shaft can be rocked back and forth, coactuating with a coil spring (6').
